Pricey, but a quality product in the right dimensions for a car or any ordinary chair where you want back support. I purchased a similar product a while ago that is thicker and significantly longer. It turned out to be unusable, because it was too long to fit any of several chairs where I wanted to use it, and too bulky as well. When you buy one of these lumbar supports, think of your back, of course, but think of where you will use it.

Very pleased!<br /><br />I suffer from degenerative disk disease and am on a walker. I am very pleased that it affords some relief for me while sitting. I am so pleased that I am ordering my 2nd one today. The reason I need two is because I want to leave one full time in my car. These are a great help when traveling and I highly recommend.

I had sciatica and a friend recommended this roll! It helped support my lower back where I needed it most. I really like that it has the strap on it to keep in on my seat. I commute 45-60 mins every day and has really improved my overall driving comfort. My sciatica is now gone but I still use it! I keep it on my driver's seat in the car and it helps with my posture.

I got this because I have L4/L5 sciatica. After abdominal surgeries years ago, my back has straightened out somewhat. My chiropractor gave me an expensive piece of foam for my back that helped a lot, but flattened out after a week. I ordered this -- which is much bigger, and made sure to get the "firm" variety. I started using it at work and it made a huge difference. Instead of leaving work with more pain than in the AM, I started leaving with less pain thanks to sitting with this roll behind my back all day. After 5 months of constant use, it has not flattened at all, and I use it all day -- at work, in the car, at home, and sometimes even in bed. I'm ordering another one!

I use this in my car, and I recently used it for a long road trip. It definitely makes a big difference. Last road trip I kept having back issues from sitting so long behind the wheel. The lumbar cushion totally eliminated the problem.

Works great! The strap can get in the way, I cut mine off, but I carry it with me everywhere. Theres nothing better for lumbar support
