Always does the trick. I keep one in the car and it really helps my back, no matter how long the drive is!

It's okay, I guess it provides the support my back needs, although it's definitely not the magic cure it has been claimed to be. The strap that goes around the back of the chair is pretty cheesy and I expect it to fail any day now. It's the real week point in the system. An elastic strap is not the way to go, a wider sturdier belt that can be cinched tight would be much better..

I guess is okay - the elastic stripe does not make a great job by fixing the roll; gets enlarge with time making difficult to position the lumbar roll in the desire point of your back.

I work in a physician office and sometimes I drive to Mississippi from Maryland. With both of these activities it is hard on my knees and back and being 5'9 I find myself slouching at times. This lumbar pillow is a great relief. I even use it to sleep on under my neck. I also have found that I have fewer migraines when I sleep with this pillow. And now I can drive distances at ease.

I have tried a half a dozen lumbar support pillows and this is absolutely the BEST there is! I have had back surgery and travel a lot. I have often wondered why companies make a back support pillow with memory foam? What a stupid idea. Memory foam quickly gives and your “support” is gone! This roll is made out of a firm foam and it WORKS! I will NEVER travel on a plane again without it! Additionally, I used it to stretch out my back, the way you would use a foam roller. This roll combined with the “trtl” pillow are the perfect travel essentials!

I use this on public transport to help stabilize my back and keep my lower back curved. Helps a lot as I've been healing a disc injury.

Great product suggested to me by my Physical Therapist. Works better than most other lumbar support products. I have even carried it around my waist so that it goes with me wherever I go! (I know - lame!). Mostly I leave in my vehicle for additional support for lower back relief. I've already made a few suggestions to those in need of lumbar support that works. I use this product daily and multiple times a day.
