I use this in my car, and I recently used it for a long road trip. It definitely makes a big difference. Last road trip I kept having back issues from sitting so long behind the wheel. The lumbar cushion totally eliminated the problem.

This is terrific for the car on long trips. I like it because you can easily maneuver it up and down your back for comfort. It is soft but large so you feel the support. I don't use the strap because I like to remove it when I need a break. It still stays in place when you lean back on it.

It’s okay. I ordered firm and it is not firm enough for me in my car. However I can use it in a standard chair and it works well. The quality seems to be good and the size is perfect just wish it was more firm.

Works great! The strap can get in the way, I cut mine off, but I carry it with me everywhere. Theres nothing better for lumbar support

I own the super roll, and it's much better in my opionion. This roll is not firm enough. Perhaps the firm version is better, but it offers me almost know support.

These things have helped save my back. Over time they soften the stiffness in the spine and reset the proper curve. Before using these, I had regular back outages. Since using them my back has been stronger and has had much fewer issues.

This lumbar was too hard unfortunately. We ended up buying a swimming noodle and cutting it into pieces instead (a great diy and affordable alternative). It should be renamed as lumber because this was so hard.

Works well and helps my tired back from sitting all day. It helps to keep my posture straight as well. I affixed it to my chair with safety pins to make it semi-permanent and it works great.

Provides very firm support. I purchased it to prevent me from slouching while watching t.v. and it's working. I'm 5'2" 105# and don't make a dent in this thing.

My boyfriend has lower lumbar issues with his back. I thought this product would help with driving and in the office chair however it has only made a slight difference.
