This works great in my car(a toyota corrolla). It is exactly as thick and and soft as I would want it to be. The only very minor problem is that the strap goes around the back of the seat horizontally and so it sags down when I am not sitting in it. This makes it so I have to readjust the position of the pad every time I get in the car, but its a minor complaint for something that has helped my back pain.

Helps greatly with keeping my back aligned so the small disc bulge doesn't pinch the nerve and cause hip pain.

My lower back hurts often because of a natural fusion of my lower 4 vertebrae. I've tried tons of supports and cushions (really you should see my cubical) but this is the first cushion in which I can really feel the difference. Currently I use it in my car because I drive a lot and it has really improved my comfort levels on long drives. I am even considering buying another for my office.I can recommend with confidence that this is the lumbar support for you

My phsyical therapist recommended this for my back pain since I spend upto 14 hours in front of my computer. This is a very durable and supportive yet soft lumbar roll. It not only supports my back but somehow corrects my sitting posture too. I take it with me when I fly overseas 15-16 hours. It has become an extension of my body! Its velcro is super quality and it is washable.

I use this everyday at work. I have chronic back issues and this pillow has been huge in helping my posture.The strap slips sometimes down my chair and will need to be re-positioned from time to time but overall, I think it was a great investment.

As soon as I adopted the entire McKenzie method (I recommend reading the books), my back problems improved.My couch at home is not the firmest. The cushions are a little too fluffy and do not off great lower back support. I use this pillow whenever I sit down on the couch and it makes all the difference. It forces me to sit upright and I feel immediate support.

I use to use the roll but this is better. It stays in place, its firmer, and feels better on my back. I only use this in the car and that's where it fits right. I wouldn't get too use to these or you can't sit without them. Remember they are for support, like a crutch. If you use them all the time you will have a weaker core to support yourself. I use them for unnaturally long trips.

The McKenzie approach has helped me make drastic improvements with my back issues. I have a herniated disc in L5 region. This lumbar roll is one of the best rolls I've tried. Very comfortable.

I used to have one like these a few years ago, but when I traded in my old car I forgot to take it off the seat. So I didn't use this product for a few years. But I got back pain easily. So I decided to get a new one. This product is just great. It relieves back pain due to prolonged sitting like when you drive for hours. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have had 2 of these for about 5 years or so. I keep one in my car & the other in the house. I use both of them everyday sometimes for long periods. I have never had either one of them go squishy or loose it's form ( as other reviewers have stated happened to their rolls ), & I do not really use the strap much. I use the strap on the car seat & a big chair that I sit in sometimes, but that is all. I have been very happy with my rolls.
