I ordered 2 of these one for my self and another for my husband. My husband wanted more firmness, but I loved this one the way it is, it does wonders for my back. He does have more back issues than I do, so that might be the issue. I just use it to help my posture and stretch out my back, I have very poor posture.

This is perfect for me. I have had 3 standard lower back supports, and 1 slim-profile support. I liked the slim one best because otherwise the standard ones push me too far forward in the seat. My car is small so I am already as close to the steering wheel and pedals as I want to be. This lumbar roll supports just the part of my back where I need it, without pushing my hips and legs forward. I have to adjust it when I get in the car, mainly depending on where my back needs support at the time: sometimes higher, sometimes lower. I see this as an advantage, that I can adjust it where it needs to go. I have not had the problem that some report with the elastic slipping through the fastener. Maybe someday the elastic will stretch a bit, or pull out. I've had it for a month and am very happy.

The only issue that I have is if it could be made with a strap that doesn't allow the roll to move every time you get in and out of the car. The strap could not be made tight enough for this. I ended up not using the strap and just adjusting the roll when I get into the car

This was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I use it in my office to help treat my SI join injury. It helps me keep a correct posture while I am sitting at my desk. It felt strange at first but help tremendously with my back pain. You can adjust it to fit different chairs. It's wash able and reasonably priced
