it's small compact fits in my chair nicely and also fits and the driver and passenger seat of my car. it reduces my back pain some but maybe it hasn't been long enough. also I haven't had it long enough to see if it stands up to constant pressure from my lower back. Try it I think it might help.

Available in normal and stiffer foam. I found the stiff one too firm and the normal one good. Provides some relief.I found the strap to go around the chair not useful at all. It slips and you have to readjust it every time you use it. Better to just tuck it inside the pillow and place it where you want it.

My chiropractor recommended a lumbar support pad to use when sitting. I've hooked this one to my dining chair. It seems to help as long as I get it positioned properly. I'd give it 5 stars but the strap doesn't hold very well on the vertical slats of the chair.

If you have a bulged, herniated or ruptured disc this is a must have. Takes a lot of the pain out of sitting

driving an olde pickup truck with no lumbar support has gotten to be a problem for my back. This device has been a solution that is working great for me. The driver's seat a is a lot more comfortable now and the support has resolved the stiff back I had from driving in rush hour traffic. I'm not having the pain in my lower back at the end of the day since I started using this.

This lumbar roll was recommended by my physical therapist to help alleviate my lower back pain. I bought two, one for home and one for work. It does help a lot, especially at work where I tend to slump in my seat while staring at my computer. It helps to make me aware of my posture while providing the needed extra support. At the end of the day, my back may still hurt, but this has absolutely helped make a big difference. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel that it sometimes migrates a little too low and putting a bit too much pressure on the part of my back that hurts the most. It's easily correctable and I would highly recommend this lumbar roll to anyone.

Great comfort product but doesn't stay put. I have to readjust it on my back every time I'm in the car. But overall well made but a pain in the rear to have adjust each time. It did not stay wher you put it

Depends on the shape of your seat it might be hard to place it and keep it in place. Still is a great product and really helps your lower back. I don't feel my legs as tired as before and I can notice how it fixes my posture while driving
