Boy was I disappointed. No disrespect, but it's actually worse with this than without it. I guess me expectations were too high.

This is a great support and makes sitting more comfortable. It is lightweight, soft but supportive and easily adjustable. It is small enough to take with you. I either put it in my backpack or use the strap to hang it from my bag. The cover zips off for cleaning. I highly recommend this.

I keep this in my car. It make me sit up straight when traveling. I feel it help a lot with helping to maintain good posture, thus avoiding back pain.

My physical therapist recommended this for my back to use in the car while driving. It helps! Support in just the right place and not too big. She did warn me that it does "shrink" with usage. I will purchase again when it stops being supportive.

works really great. I have it strapped to the middle back of my chair, right in the groove where the ergonomic back caves in and gives me horrible upper back pain. I use this to fill in the gap provie support there making the back more flat. Totally made my chair usable and i couldn't use the chair without it. I got another one I put under my lower back as needed.<br /><br />Only problem is, only lasted a few months before becoming flat as a pancake. thinking I should of got the firmer roll and just broke it in.

This lumbar roll is the perfect firmness - firm but not too uncomfortable. It sticks out from the seat/chair enough that it really does keep my back straight. It is light and small enough to pack - I just took it with me on an overseas trip and used it in my rental car as we were driving around Italy.
