Nice for the back, but not the best for an office chair. Much better in a car while driving, though. The strap, meant more for an office chair, would be helpful except that I need to move it from one car to another. Otherwise, great lumbar roll.

I have been moving this item around with me. I have used it at work, with my computer chair at home and also in the car.<br /><br />It's a great little pillow that has an excellent shape, size and firmness to support my back.<br /><br />While the adjusting belt doesn't really keep the item in place well (weight of the pillow pulls it down)it's easy enough to readjust.<br /><br />I'm happy with me purchase. It's not perfect but it does what I need it for. No extra bells or whistles.

perfect for the car. Only thing I don't like is that I can tell there's a lot of tension on the joint where the strap connects to the roll, and it's not going to last as long as I expected

Used it and it does work as advertised. To use it at home, you have to move it from room to room so that is inconvenient.

Recommended to me by my PT. Love it. Easy to use and can be adjusted to just about any type of chair. Soothes the back and makes you more aware of your poster.

This product can be a life saver. However, it did not work well for use in the car. I have used it at work and at the movies so far and it helped tremendously! I have a long list of back problems and can't sit or stand for long. For me, I need to change positions while working frequently to avoid severe pain. I like switching from the stability ball to this roll throughout the day. The slim line or the half 'D' roll will be my next purchase from the OPTP.

Bought this for my back to help with a bulging disk issue as recommended by my chiropractor. Use it when I drive. The foam roller make you arch your back pretty aggressively which is the intent...but along with my daily back exercises and using this, I can tolerate long car rides again and am not in daily pain now.

I have used this every day for months! I have 2 other Mckenzie Original D-Section lumbar rolls - one I've had for years - and still going strong. I use one in the car and carry one with me to use when I am out at events, restaurants, etc. They have helped me so much that I rarely go anywhere without one. I usually use the full lumbar roll for work and the D-Section rolls for the car, when I go out, or when sitting at home. The full just fits my office chair better - but the D-section rolls seem firmer. Great products and long lasting! So thankful for these rolls!

Too big for use in the car or on most chairs. The half roll is more practical for me. The only place I use this one is for sofas with soft cushions.

Great value for the price. Elastic strap fits around the back of the chair to hold it in place. This roll forces you to sit up straight. It really works!

did not like this product. it seemed to make me feel worse. i used mine in a car for hours a day. it felt like i pushed my back into a position it didnt like. nothing but discomfort ever since
