This is the one and only low-back lumbar support for any seat lacking it. I use it in everything: office chair, home chairs, car seat, ... You get the picture. It's up to you to be consistent with it and you'll get the benefit. I'd recommend buying The McKenzie Method book on here too and use them both!

Works well for me. My physical therapist recommended it for driving and office seats so I got two and been helping with the posture and pain so far

It was recommend to me from my Physical Therapy. I sit on my chair all day long for my remote work and with that thing on my chair. I can see it really helps with your back and it supports your spine !!! It will keep you from sitting slouching. I will give it a thumbs up.

I haven't had any issues with the pillow quality as some reviewers have, but I do think the strap of my pillow is subpar. I think it would be nice to have velcro or something to secure the strap because it doesn't retain it's elasticity enough to hold itself at the perfect height on your chair. This doesn't bother me that much though because I do feel like I adjust a bit here and there throughout the day anyway. I think I'll but something a little cuter for my home office, but this is good for at work for me.

It's great quality and comfortable, but I wish it was even firmer and maybe even larger. I might just have to purchase a bolster pillow instead.

I have used a lumbar roll since 1985 for lower back pain. They help my back while sitting. Keep one in the car and at my home. I even take one with me when I travel.

I didn't give it a 5-star because the adjustable strap doesn't stay put so I find myself tightening it often so it doesn't slide down. When it is in the correct position, it's very comfortable.
