I use one for long trips and at the computer. It provides significant reduction of my mid-back pain, both relief and prevention.

Had one for 7 years in my car, before it lost its form. This si a must have for lower back suffers who drive a lot.

This product took so much time to arrive (more than 10 days) that I left for the trip onwhich I intended to uise it before it arrived and so cannot review it how well it meets my needs yet.

I just got mine today and I'm very pleased. Very good, adjustable support. I'm using it now on my computer chair, which I didn't think would work, because the chair is a two piece (seat and backrest), and I can't wait to try it in my car, which is the main reason I purchased it.

I drive all day for a living. Rough, pot-holed city streets, different vehicles with different degrees of stability and suspension quality.The one thing that never changes is that I have taken this lumbar support pad with me every day for about 10 years. It's my second one. I lost the first one.I originally started using the round, 'roll' type cushions. They felt awkward and were hard to keep in the right position. This one not only felt more comfortable, but was easier to keep in place, and with the velcro strip, usually stayed in place even when I got out of the seat momentarily.My job is hard on the lower back. I didn't have any serious back problems when I started this career, almost 20 years ago now...and I still don't, unlike many of my associates. I don't know if this support cushion is the *only* reason for that, but I'm certain it's a major contributor. I would be lost without it. After ten years of daily use, it is starting to look a little beat, so I probably should start thinking about getting another one before too long, but I suspect I could probably get another five years out of the one I've got if I wanted to.Practical, useful, healthful and durable. Well worth the price!

This works well. I have been using this for about a month now. I have also been doing some back exercises as well, but my back is feeling better. The strap needs to be pretty tight otherwise you have to adjust it every time you sit down. You will still need to sit properly for this to work, but when you do sit properly it does feel much better. If you slouch though then this won't make a difference.

As a lumbar roll to support your back while driving, the McKenzie super lumbar roll is the perfect product. This half round pillow is not too small, but just big enough and firm enough to give the right amount of support. I have tried other pillows and cushions with some real disappointment. I strongly recommend this product as a lumbar back support. After all, McKenzie is the man to cure back problems!

This was great, after therapy it gave my back a good feeling and lots of support. Price was the best I found.

As a long time sufferer of back problems, I was first introduced to the MacKenzie back roll at physical therapy. I've tried other back support items, but nothing does as well as this back roll. Take it in the car, on the plane, to the movies and you'll have a comfortable time.

I think this lumbar roll is the best one. The elastic strap goes around a chair back and has velcro that holds the roll in place. I have lost rolls from my car because they fall out when I am getting out. Also, it is dense enough foam to give good support without being too hard.

I use this in my car. It does its job. It does push you a little forward in your seat so if you already adjust your seat all the way back you will lose some space.

This product took some getting used to. I use it in my car. I find that it works but it seems to lose it's firmness so, I have to reach behind my back while I'm driving and rotate it. It's an okay product. I feel better after using it on a long drive.

provides great lower back support. is small enough to easily put in a carry on bag for airline fligts and provides great lower back support in the notoriously nonergonomic airline seats.

I've been using this for a couple of years. The other day my back was very stiff, and woke up the next morning with a very stiff and painfull back. My back even spazemed a little (but not enought to knock my out). After no medications and driving for 3 hours, my back was 90% improved, just by sitting with this pad against my lower back. It REALLY puts your back in the proper position for sitting. Amazing.Have the strap set low to avoid interfering with side airbags. Wash the cover ever so often (it zips off)
