Slightly larger than a Pringles potatoe chip can, it really helps my lower back while sitting for long periods in my office. I ordered the McKenzie super lumbar roll too and I use that one in my car. It's slightly smaller but is more firm and gives more support. I'm happy with both. If your chair has more cushion, you probably would want the super roll.

Slightly smaller than a Pringles potatoe chip can, it really helps my lower back while driving for long periods in my car. I ordered the McKenzie standard lumbar roll too and I use that one in my office. It's slightly larger and not as firm as the super but works well. I'm happy with both. If your chair has more cushion, you probably would want the super roll.

Great product for my lower back pain. Great price, a lot less than I would have paid at a local back store. Quick delivery

This is the best back support for an office chair. Because it is recommended you sit all the way back in your chair, you don't want something too firm or inflexible. This product lets you sit all the way back and then roll it into place once you are there. I take it everywhere with me. Work, restaurants, the theater. It is a lifesaver for a person with lumbar problems.

As a physical therapist this is the product I recommend most to clients suffering from low back pain that is aggravated by sitting.

After reading Robin McKenzie's book, I realized how important this Lumbar roll is. One for the office and the other for the car. Keeps the lordosis in place and combine with the McKenzie's excercises does a miracle for a guy experincing back problem on a daily basis.

I have this permanently attatched to the chair I use at the computer. It works very well and does its job of keeping my spine properly aligned. It is comfortable and I have been using it for months and it has not gone out of shape. A very good buy, designed by a physical therapist, I believe, who specializes in back issues.

Had purchased one years ago, but lost it in Hurrican Katrina. Remembered the name and ordered this back support. Wonderful. I sit at a desk all day and needed the lower back support. Do not know what I would do without it.

I wrapped this around the driver's seat in my Toyota--which already has comfortable seats-- and my lower back thanked me immediately. Depending on where I want some firm support, I can adjust it up, down and diagonally.Back fatigue is significantly reduced and I really like it

I have this McKenzie Lumbar Roll strapped to one of my desk chairs and I am trying it out there. I did try their suggestion of wearing it attached around the waist and then having access to lumbar support wherever I sat. I find it bulky and the elastic is too loose for this idea to work for me.The roll is stiff and unforgiving. But if I am sitting in one position at my desk for a long period, then I appreciate the lower back support it provides. Probably could save money by getting a small, firm pillow for the same job.I greatly prefer the McKenzie Super Lumbar Roll.

I experience pain and discomfort from Sciatica, and there was a point when it made driving almost unbearable. After doing proper stretches and changing how I bend and such, combined with the Mckenzie roll & tush cush, I feel much better. I noticed an immediate difference in how I felt while sitting the car while using this product. I recommend it to anyone with lower back pain. The only problem I have with the roll is the strap that comes with it. It doesn't do a very good job of keeping it in place on my seat, to the point where I just took it off the strap completely and just place it myself every time I get in my car. It is a minor inconvenience I suppose, but still worth noting.

The Mckenzie Lumbar Roll helps me get the support I need while sitting for long hours at my desk. I recommend it to anyone with neck or back pain or discomfort.

My husband is using this and he has it in his car and it eases a lot of back discomfor when driving. He put the second one is his office chair for the same purpose. He is marveled at how such a little product produces so much relief.

This was suggested to me by my physical therapist. It is great for my car and helps me maintain proper curvature of my spine and neck. It helped my neck and back pain to go away!A wonderful pillow! Definitely a must to buy!
