En un momento me encant , ya que puedes ajustarlo al lugar que ms te acomode. No obstante, en viajes largos, ya te molesta aquel lugar donde te presiona hacia delante. Estoy usando ste para la oficina uso en la.ciudad (en el carro) y compr uno de los grandes que cubren toda la.zona de espalda para viajes largos. Pensaba que el grande que va desde la espalda baja hasta casi la mitad de la espalda era muy grande, no obstante , al parecer ayuda a amortiguar el movimiento contnuo del vehculo sobre la espalda, evitando as que aparezca el dolor lumbar.

I have a tendency to slouch.not the best for your back. Use this in the car or home to correct your posture. It is amazing how it works and helps your back.

Overall this is a good product, but it could use an upgraded means of connecting. During a 14 hour drive, it helped a ton in the beginning but by hour 12 I needed to remove it and couldn't. Wish it had a clip that is easy to remove and put back on. For my size (5'5" 132lb) it feels slightly large, but for lt;5 hour drives, it works great.

If you suffer from low back pain, get the audio book "heal your own back" by McKenzie and then listen to it while using this support. If your back pain is a result of the lack of lordosis (lower back curve) this support is vital to maintain lordosis while sitting. But do listen to the book because I think without the exercises to extend your back and enable lordosis, the support is less effective. A pillow can only do so much. But being able to wear around your waist is brilliant solution. Thank you to McKenzie for all he did for all of us low back pain sufferers.

My pt told me to get this. It comes in 2 types of support so ask dr before you buy. Very high quality

I already have one of these but am here to purchase the firm version for my office chair. I have low back issues and this defiantly helps keep my spine in check.

I spend a lot of time working at my computer. While I do have a sturdy chair, my back would ache after a few hours. My physical therapist recommended a Lumbar Roll and this one had the best reviews. I'm so glad I have it, the difference is amazing!! :)

I like this lumbar support a lot. Provides some good support, however this should be seen as a supplemental. Make sure you do physical therapy to strengthen your muscles

This pillow has been great for my back. I got the extra firm because I need a lot of support. I found that it works really well to prevent sliding if I wear it around my waist rather than on the chair.

I bought this for my work chair after I threw my back out. This thing is so comfortable. I change the height of the pillow all day to adjust for comfort just like I do at night with my bed pillow. I got the stuff one, it can get flat after some moderate pressure, but it bounces right back if you readjust.

Recently had a herniated disc due to my job bought this for back support while I drive all day and it is super comfortable stays in place definitely by this if you were looking for a lumbar support
