This is terrific for the car on long trips. I like it because you can easily maneuver it up and down your back for comfort. It is soft but large so you feel the support. I don't use the strap because I like to remove it when I need a break. It still stays in place when you lean back on it.

Works well and helps my tired back from sitting all day. It helps to keep my posture straight as well. I affixed it to my chair with safety pins to make it semi-permanent and it works great.

Provides very firm support. I purchased it to prevent me from slouching while watching t.v. and it's working. I'm 5'2" 105# and don't make a dent in this thing.

The only issue that I have is if it could be made with a strap that doesn't allow the roll to move every time you get in and out of the car. The strap could not be made tight enough for this. I ended up not using the strap and just adjusting the roll when I get into the car

A nice easy way to support your lower back in bad chairs or auto seats.<br /><br />Though you could definitely accomplish the same thing with a rolled-up towel (I did before I bought this), it's a lot neater and there is less straightening and re-rolling required. It also looks a lot less mess and contrived sitting on your car seat. I have (knock on wood) not had a recurrence of my excruciating back pain since I started using this in my car and a pillow in my living room chair.

works really great. I have it strapped to the middle back of my chair, right in the groove where the ergonomic back caves in and gives me horrible upper back pain. I use this to fill in the gap provie support there making the back more flat. Totally made my chair usable and i couldn't use the chair without it. I got another one I put under my lower back as needed.<br /><br />Only problem is, only lasted a few months before becoming flat as a pancake. thinking I should of got the firmer roll and just broke it in.

Nice for the back, but not the best for an office chair. Much better in a car while driving, though. The strap, meant more for an office chair, would be helpful except that I need to move it from one car to another. Otherwise, great lumbar roll.
