Used in my car. Doesn't rest flush because of the side bolstering of the seat. This results in the plastic buckle rotating and sometimes jabbing you when you sit back

This has relieved a lot of pain and discomfort . It's relieved a lot of pain along with PT . I can tell when I do not use it as it give me the support I need ! Also helps me sit up straight !

OK, they aren't fixed. But, when I use this it doesn't hurt as much. My PT suggested using it after I tried it in his office. He was literally busting out of his clothes, like the Hulk. But I digress. He told me to get one, and well, whatever he was selling I would have bought.But it did/does work. Whenever I sit on a chair, and put it in it's proper placementthat reminds me, I have to make an appointment to see my PT.

Have herniated disc with s1 and s2 compression. Couldn't sit down without pain rising up the back of my leg. Now with this I'm able to sit down for a bit without issues

This product was a recommendation from my physio to accelerate sacrolumbar chronic pain relieve. I use it everyday on my office chair (work from home), also for car drives of 30 mins or above. After 1st week of use I noted up to 40 of relieve, 2nd week and after 80. In addition, the pain is not getting back. This is a must have.

I have a large bottom so I think I would have more pain relief if I weren't so “gifted.” It is comfortable I just need to lose a few pounds to get the most out of this.

I like the Mckenzie Roll but there is a couple of things that annoy me! One is it is not cheap and getting it around the seat in my truck would have been a lot easier if they had a quick clipping system, like a backpack would have!And it also needs to be at least 3 wider. I find i am constantly adjusting it because it is just to narrow. At least fixing these two things might make it worth the money!!!

This lumbar roll looked too small when I took it out of the box. But in the car it's just right for me, compresses the right amount and doesn't move around. Helps a lot with low back issues.

This saved my back sitting in an office chair for 8 hours a day. It's hard to get used to but really puts you in a good posture. It's easy to just slip right on the chair and it stays in place for the most part.
