This saved my back sitting in an office chair for 8 hours a day. It's hard to get used to but really puts you in a good posture. It's easy to just slip right on the chair and it stays in place for the most part.

Very solid foam insides so it pushes my back into a better position. Stop around the back of the chair holds the cushion in place. This is my second roll. I now have two of these and I like them.

I had a bulging disk and this was recommended by my Physical therapist. Use it at work on my office chair and has helped me by improving my posture when I sit. I have seen improvement in Back since using it.

Good in the car while reclining the seat and relaxing. Gets pressure off of herniated discs or stenosis in neck

I suppose whether or not this offers support depends largely on the size of the person using it. For me, (5'3”, 130lbs) it is fabulous. This particular item was recommended by my physical therapist and I couldn't be more pleased. It has helped my back significantly and I have already ordered a second one for my car.

Convenient carrying strap; easy to carry like a yoga mat. Works on the small of your back (recommended) or higher to help with support. Great in the car and, equally as great on an airplane.

I have DDD/arthritis in my back I have been struggling with it for a couple of years. Recently been seeing a new physical therapist who recommended THIS lumbar roll. I had no idea how much it would relieve my back pain. I wear it around my waist while at home, so I am never without it! Highly recommend.

This is the second lumbar roll that I have ordered. My husband kept moving my cushion to his chair, so I ordered another one for him. It really helps to stretch your back when sitting or traveling. I highly recommend it.

Husband has been having lower back issues sitting in his power love seat. Neighbor loaned him hers. He said it really worked, so I ordered him the lumbar roll. He's been using it since receiving. He even took it with him on vacation.
