Available in normal and stiffer foam. I found the stiff one too firm and the normal one good. Provides some relief.I found the strap to go around the chair not useful at all. It slips and you have to readjust it every time you use it. Better to just tuck it inside the pillow and place it where you want it.

Husband has been having lower back issues sitting in his power love seat. Neighbor loaned him hers. He said it really worked, so I ordered him the lumbar roll. He's been using it since receiving. He even took it with him on vacation.

My chiropractor recommended a lumbar support pad to use when sitting. I've hooked this one to my dining chair. It seems to help as long as I get it positioned properly. I'd give it 5 stars but the strap doesn't hold very well on the vertical slats of the chair.

I have a sports car with a very uncomfortable seat. This cushion makes it a lot more comfortable. I wish they would make a similar cushion that was more of a wedge shape, but this one is fine and seems of high quality.

If you have a bulged, herniated or ruptured disc this is a must have. Takes a lot of the pain out of sitting
