have used it for months now. Every day almost. Works in an office chair. If it gets wet, dries by itself. Keeps shape. Helps.

At one point in my life, I had bad low back pain and I was pretty much at a loss and wondering if it would always be that way. Luckily, this McKenzie Lumbar Roll really helped me out. I would just lie on the floor with this in the small of my back and get quite a bit of relief. I don't use it nearly as often now but I'm glad I still have it and it does still come in handy sometimes. I would recommend it.

I have tried three other back supports to use on my couch. This one is the best because it is the firmest and doesn't sink into the couch cushion as much. I can really tell the difference in my back pain. It's much, much better.

If you struggle with lower back pain while sitting in the car all day, this product could help. Iv immediately felt relief on long days of sitting in the car. This product is easy to apply to the seat and adjust the height so it's ready for when you sit down.

The lumbar roll does what it is intended to do. The size of this roll is pretty huge for a 6'2”, appx 170lb man. But maybe this is the curvature that is intended!In the right seat works great but in others is difficult to plant one's butt such that the roll does not just push you out of the seat.

I have back pain since 2020.My therapist recommended me to use this cushion, since I work sitting all day, honestly it works for me there is a big difference. I will also use it when traveling by plane for a long hours.

I used to have a flatter back support for my seat which i always had to constantly adjust to get right and only for a little while until I had to reposition again. This one is place it and forget it....its great and perfect amount of resistance (firm)

I purchased this on the recommendation of my chiropractor, for lower back pain/sciatica/poor posture. This has helped remind me to sit with better posture and has really helped! This along with recommended stretches and I've seen noticeable improvement in sciatica/lower back pain.

Sitting on almost any couch would kill my lower back for years. Have herniated disc L5S1 and just recently tried this out and have been amazed at the support it has given me. Can sit around all Sunday watching football with no problems now

I didn't like the fact that it was short didn't cover my whole back so when I lean against it it hits me on the sides
