If you suffer from low back pain, get the audio book "heal your own back" by McKenzie and then listen to it while using this support. If your back pain is a result of the lack of lordosis (lower back curve) this support is vital to maintain lordosis while sitting. But do listen to the book because I think without the exercises to extend your back and enable lordosis, the support is less effective. A pillow can only do so much. But being able to wear around your waist is brilliant solution. Thank you to McKenzie for all he did for all of us low back pain sufferers.
