I like this lumbar support a lot. Provides some good support, however this should be seen as a supplemental. Make sure you do physical therapy to strengthen your muscles

This pillow has been great for my back. I got the extra firm because I need a lot of support. I found that it works really well to prevent sliding if I wear it around my waist rather than on the chair.

I bought this for my work chair after I threw my back out. This thing is so comfortable. I change the height of the pillow all day to adjust for comfort just like I do at night with my bed pillow. I got the stuff one, it can get flat after some moderate pressure, but it bounces right back if you readjust.

I have several of these around the house and one in my car. They really help keep your back in proper alignment avoid backaches!

Between travel and sleep/lounging, this pillow gets no rest from my unrelenting use!The past two weeks acquainting myself with this bad-boy have been splendid!I have broad shoulders, am 5'10 and 160 lbs. I'm diagnosed with flat back syndrome with a few lumbar discs gone bad; I'm also a side sleeper. This pillow is ever so slightly on the too thick, short also, but ultimately supports my lumbar and mid-section very well while laying horizontal as well as sitting up-right.

I drive 4-5 hours each way to Tampa about once a month and this thing allows me to do it without taking a break. I arrive in much better condition specially with my back holding fine for the rest of my trip. My Physical Therapist recommended it. My car seat has a lumbar adjustment seat but it is not enough.

They could have made the plastic seal of the foam better. Other that amazing. I like the firm choice better

I upgraded the standard McKenzie roll I’ve had in my car for about 10 years with this. It’s definitely much firmer, and took about a week to get used to, but the extra firmness works great for me.

I never write reviews, but this thing allowed me to ride 7 hours in a car with little to no pain in my lower back. That is quite a feat considering without one, a 20 minute drive can be difficult to get through. All in all an amazing product. Also the firm one is the way to go!
