nice and firm,but just too small in length,you gotta be a tiny person for this product to cross your back other than that its ok

I have had lower lumbar back pain, especially while sitting for 8hrs a day. A chiropractor recommended the Mackenzie Roll, I tried the two stiffness levels and personally liked the firmer one. My product arrived on time, it was wrapped and I inspected it. There were no tears, rips, or visible imperfections. I really like it and it does get uncomfortable in the beginning but once you use it for a few weeks it really makes a difference!

I purchased this because my physical therapist recommended it to help with this neck pain since a MVA.I keep it on my chair at work but it doesn't stay out since the bed seems to be of a cheaper material and stretches out. Other than that, it gets the job done and helps with my posture for when I have to sit.Would recommend if you sit for long period of time at work or in whatever you do.It is kind of equivalent to a foam roller but more squishy. Not bad for the price.

After my back operation, I needed extra lumbar support to force my spine back into shape. I tried other lumbar rolls but found them to compress too much to provide the support I need. I tried this McKenzie roll because I was able to select firm and it does the trick. It is great for those who need the extra support.

I had purchased the same exact role 10 to 15 years ago because of my lower back issues. It worked so well, I couldn't wait to get in the car and drive because it felt that good! Decided to replace the old one because I thought it lost a little of its firmness. Long story short, the new one, exact same item was more like a sponge on the base of my back. There was no firmness or support whatsoever and I tried repositioning several times and drove long distances for a couple of weeks. I returned it. Whatever they did to this product it is not up to the quality it used to be. Everybody seems to be cutting corners these days. It's a shame. Would not recommend!

It works well, but it does give a bit more than I expected. I was asked to try a medium support one by my therapist until this one could get here (firm)and I really do not feel much difference between the two. I use it routinely because of back issues and it helps considerably.

At first I felt pain when I started using it, but I think its because my back was not used to being straight while driving since I hunched over alot. Ive been using this for almost 2 months. Pain is gone, my back automatically straightens up. Its great and still sturdy.
