I have 4 herniated discs from L2 to L5 and am 66. I weigh 310 and have have had lumbar pain for 30 years. This is the first pillow that truly works and supports my back. Plan on buying 2 more.

Exactly what I was looking for - perfect size and stiffness. I cut the elastic strap off. If they were cheaper, I would buy one for both cars and all my chairs.Update: I bought a second one for a gift and the giftee loved it.
