Firm support adds cushioned relief for lower back aces and pain.

A real lumbar support roll! Firmer than the neck rolls that claim to also support the lower back. I was afraid that because it is memory foam it wouldn't be firm enough, as most memory foam products are (especially mattresses!). This lives up to it's description! Thank you!

The only solution for the above. Neurosurgeon recommended.

Good support, pain relief and comfort

I was looking for a back support that would help me keep my posture in check. Prior to that, I would mentally remind myself to sit up straight; however, I'd sometimes forget and catch myself slouching. It does take some time to get comfortable with but it does work! After using it daily and taking it everywhere with me, I can sit with correct posture without it as it has trained my body to sit correctly.

This lumbar support is small enough to work in many situations. It works attached to a chair and particularly well just attached to the waist, especially if you find yourself moving often from one form of seating to another. Because it's small and lightweight, you quickly forget you're wearing it yet the support is always there when you need it. At first it may seem firm but your lumbar area adjusts quickly and so does the roll, giving you perfect support. Robin McKenzie's book Treating Your Own Neck is also excellentwell-written, concise, practical.

Never had I known back pain until I finally got a good mattress. My previous bed was squishy and feather light and causing me shoulder pain throughout the day, so my doctor recommended replacing the mattress. I did, and suddenly my back disagreed with my doctor. I couldn't even sit down. But interestingly, my back was perfectly fine as long as I was laying on the new mattress. It must be the bed support. So, I finally bought a firmer lumbar pillow. And wow, what a difference.This one is the firmest I've ever used. It forces my growing belly out and my shoulders back for good posture. Never did I realize how bad my posture was. Ergonomics are so important these days and often overlooked. I sit at my desk in a large racecar-style gaming chair with lots of bells and whistles including a lumbar pillow, but that got kicked under the bed after I opened the box for this one. I can feel my spine moving in ways it hasn't been in years.Also, it's time to finally start hitting the gym, I guess, and deal with my looming posture problem. Lol jk why do that when I can buy a lifetime supply of these pillows?

this item was recommended by my chiropractor and really helps my lower back. I use it while my commute to work which is over an hour.

All in all, I think this is a very good lumbar roll, but be advised that it is indeed firm. This is not meant to be a complaint, but I would not buy another one. It is as advertised.

I bought the firm one for long drives. It really helps my lower back and the adjustable strap keeps it from falling from my chair.

Perfect for lumbar support in recliner

I actually like it, use it everyday while at work! The strap is a little weak but it gets the job done

Comfortable in office except it slipped down slightly when placed in chair back

Exactly what I wanted and use it everyday at the eating table.The positioning strap (velcro attached) lets the roll slide downbut a vertical strap would prevent this when used in a typicalkitchen chair. But, good shape and fits the lumbar as desired.
