Took a little long to come but at Christmas was OK & they let me know. As always, you get what you pay for & this was well worth it.

I have moderately severe osteoarthritis and I am about 6ft8 (~203 cm) tall. Needless to say I have problems with back support not lining up with my back in chairs and in the vehicle. As I don't have much space between me and the steering wheel, I bought this slim version back support to help, was using a rolled up pillow before. The full version definitely would be too large and bulky. This works (and of course looks) great! It is firm, but still responsive to pressure. I took off the strap that came with it and just use the Velcro to stick to the back of the seat as I usually move it around (because of space constraints in the vehicle, not because the product is uncomfortable).I might also use this or purchase another for the office chair or just to lie on in bed!

Though I'm fairly young (33), I have found myself plagued with black problems for the past year. I discovered via an MRI I have a torn disk. To help my recovery, I had to stop slouching while sitting. This support roll is the only thing that keeps me from doing so. It's not as thick as the full support roll, which was too thick for me. I think you're either going to love this or hate it depending on your back and the support you need. If you don't require a large roll but some minor support to remind you to sit up strait I would suggest using this. Though remember, you can't return it so I would test your support needs by using a rolled up towel first. Varying the thickness of the towel until you find the right support for you, then comparing the dimensions that work best for you with what is available on the market.

I had a similar back support gotten from my physical therapist. Used it for years but lost it. Spent many fruitless hours trying to find a substitute. This product is actually BETTER than the original.

Coming from a healthcare background this lumber roll is a perfect fit for many backs. I helps to maintain the normal curvurture of the spine. It's convenient removable strap will allow you to take it anywhere. I would recommend this for most healthy backs regardless or having a back problem. I use it as a preventive measure to avoid bad body mechanics which usually predisposes people to having back problems. Excellent investment!!!

A previous review stated that this back rest is to hard (note: I did purchase the Firm Density one). For most people I will have to agree, but I love the Firmness of it. I am a man, 6 foot 4 inches tall, so I am a big guy. for the average size person or a woman (not to stereotype) the regular would be fine. I am very happy with it as it seems to correct my back problem when I take long trips.

I just got mine today and I'm very pleased. Very good, adjustable support. I'm using it now on my computer chair, which I didn't think would work, because the chair is a two piece (seat and backrest), and I can't wait to try it in my car, which is the main reason I purchased it.

A friend of mine had this roll recommended by her terapist, I though it was worth a try. Bought mine (for my wife) but got the change to try it for one day. Let me say that I want mine! At first is as any major change in posture, it is hard to do, a little unconfortable. But I think is worth the effort. I like it and I will get another just for me.

This is a very high quality product. It's much better than then cheapo lumbar pillow you get from the drugstore and is worth every penny. I have one for work, one for home and one for the car (I should get another for "roving").

I drive all day for a living. Rough, pot-holed city streets, different vehicles with different degrees of stability and suspension quality. The one thing that never changes is that I have taken this lumbar support pad with me every day for about 10 years. It's my second one. I lost the first one.I originally started using the round, 'roll' type cushions. They felt awkward and were hard to keep in the right position. This one not only felt more comfortable, but was easier to keep in place, and with the velcro strip, usually stayed in place even when I got out of the seat momentarily. My job is hard on the lower back. I didn't have any serious back problems when I started this career, almost 20 years ago now...and I still don't, unlike many of my associates. I don't know if this support cushion is the *only* reason for that, but I'm certain it's a major contributor. I would be lost without it. After ten years of daily use, it is starting to look a little beat, so I probably should start thinking about getting another one before too long, but I suspect I could probably get another five years out of the one I've got if I wanted to.Practical, useful, healthful and durable. Well worth the price!

Product is fine. The vendor delivered the items in a timely manner at a fair price and the quality is fine. I have worn out and/or lost several of these. With a long history of back surgeries and pain, the device is essential for any lengthy travel in a car. This is the first extra firm one I have purchased and I believe it will retain its support longer than the regular density model.

I sit at work all day in a chair that definitely needed help. I had purchased a Lumbar roll with the strap and couple of years ago and it was worn out. This "Firm Density"is incredible. It helps my posture while I'm sitting and at the same time cushions my lumbar region.

As a lumbar roll to support your back while driving, the McKenzie super lumbar roll is the perfect product. This half round pillow is not too small, but just big enough and firm enough to give the right amount of support. I have tried other pillows and cushions with some real disappointment. I strongly recommend this product as a lumbar back support. After all, McKenzie is the man to cure back problems!

I think this lumbar roll is the best one. The elastic strap goes around a chair back and has velcro that holds the roll in place. I have lost rolls from my car because they fall out when I am getting out. Also, it is dense enough foam to give good support without being too hard.

The McKenzie lumbar roll provides instant relief from lower back pain while sitting. The roll provides firm support in the lumbar region keeping the back in a more upright and proper position. The roll discourages slumping and poor posture.

provides great lower back support. is small enough to easily put in a carry on bag for airline fligts and provides great lower back support in the notoriously nonergonomic airline seats.
