You don't realize its separate from the pillow. Good directions for use. Using it for cervical spine relief.

This neck support was way too hard on my neck. Unfortunately, the seller does not accept returns or exchanges, so I am stuck trying to figure out what to do with it. Hate when stuff just goes to landfills, wish the seller accepted returns as the item is brand new.

Slipping this into my pillowcase to support my neck made all the difference in the world. I was sleeping poorly and waking up with massive headaches. I'm small and none of the cervical pillows fit me. My PT recommended this and it's wonderful.

It's exactly what I hoped it would be: firm, yet soft and supportive. The pillow case is soft and an attractive shade of light blue, just like the photo shows. I couldn't be happier with the product.

This neck pillow is so much better than those expensive pillows. I easily took this pillow in my suitcase to Hawaii and Mexico.

Read the Neck book and learned a lot. Decided to get the pillow and am very happy with the decision. Excellent and much much cheaper that buying a fancy pillow. It's recommended you use the pillow with a down pillow. And it's great advice, use it every night.
