I have only used for a week and it takes a little getting used to but I had no neck pain the whole week and am very pleased with the product!

Chronic neck pain for 20 years, been told by every doctor i have seen to just get used to it, nothing that can be done. Last month this was recommended by an MSK MD that I work with. Amazing results!! No waking up theough the night with neck pain and nausea, seriously my neck is 90 better! I wish I had known about this long ago. I had tried different pillows that say they are for correct neck alighnment and they never helped. BUY THIS !!

If you're using a McKenzie neck roll, you're probably doing it at the suggestion of a physical therapist. This is the authentic product. I am not crazy about it as a neck pillow, personally, but it's what my physical therapist recommends. Additionally, the YouTube physical therapists Brad and Bob have some more suggested uses, such as putting it under your arm to help with shoulder pain.

I couldn't believe how fast I got my device. You know when you struggling with pain you want relieve ASAP. I had my pillow in hand 48 hours after ordering. I pulled it right out slid it in my pillow and had the best night of rest than I'd had in days. I truly felt immediate relief. Thank you

I bought this foam pillow. Although I like the support it provides to my neck, unfortunately, I'm allergic to the foam in this pillow. My nose was so congested every night since I had the pillow and when I stopped lying on it, I then can breathe just fine. Even though it's still within 30 days from the purchase date, I'm not allowed to return this product. I understand about sanitary reason for the vendor to make it non-returnable, but I wish I had known about this policy prior to buying.UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars since I appreciate the seller for refunding me the money. They took it into consideration that I am truly allergic to the foam and not making up the story.

I was really hesitant about purchasing this, even though one of my physical therapist recommended it.. My neck pain decreased by more than half, I donr wake up with knots on my neck.. I highly recommend getting this pillow, esp if you have neck problems and wake up in pain.

Purchased on PT recommendation before I knew I had ruptured disc in neck. It caused more pain. Now that the disc has healed Im back to my memory foam curvature pillow. No returns so now I use it between my bed and wall so my pillows dont slide into the crevice--rolled up towel would suffice but had to find alternate use of a 26$ pillow....Works really great for that

This cervical roll easily inserted into my pillow case provides just enough neck support to prevent me from waking up with a headache from cervical pressure.

Physical Therapist recommended that I try this in my pillow on bed. It felt weird at first but after a couple of days I noticed that my neck pain/spasm during the night was significantly better.

I have used McKenzie Cervical Roll for a number of years. I have pinched nerve issues and have to support my neck. I got my first one while in PT a number of years ago. The firmness is a little uncomfortable the first few nights as your break the roll in. I do not use it inside pillow case with other pillow as they show. I often use it instead of a pillow. I use it when in the recliner, etc. as I am short and headrests don't fit my body. The covering is easy to remove, wash, and put back on.
