My physical therapist recommended this for a pinched nerve in my neck. It's very helpful and I've been sleeping much better with it with less pain on awakening. I'm buying another for travel.

Recommended by my physical therapist.Really does provide comfort and relief. I use it in bed as well as when watching tv. Going yo bring it in the car too.

I've used this under my neck and knees both. I'm a side sleeper and have used it between my knees for back pain relief as well.

I have had chronic neck pain for a year and a half from a bad fall and concussion. I have been to the the dr no help. I ordered this pillow and it is life changing. I can't believe what a difference in my neck. It aligns your neck and spine:)

I left my last McKenzie Cervical Roll on a plane. :( This replacement is just as good quality and works great as an insert in my regular pillow. Many others offered are the wrong size. Highly recommend.

I have suffered from neck pain due to arthritis. My neck pain was especially acute when I woke up each morning. My therapist recommended using this neck roll for sleeping at night and I found it to be very effective in supporting my neck thereby aleviating the pain.High highly recommend it for a better night's sleep.

My physical therapist recommended this roll to help with my neck pain. It really does make a difference! This is the 2nd one I've purchased as the other one is a few years old and wasn't as supportive anymore. I really like that it is a soft roll and not a hard one. I can position it just where I need the support the most and I don't wake with severe neck pain from the arthritis in my neck! It is a great and inexpensive product!
