This has saved me from having surgery. It is amazing how this helped with the pain in my neck. I don't wake up stiff and sore anymore. Love it! Great seller, fast delivery.

So far, this pillow fits my neck great and is helping to relieve the pressure to help it heal. It's so hard to find a pillow for my short neck that works for me.

My husband had cervical fusions 1.5 years ago and the PT had him get this. I was dealing with neck pain too this last summer for several months and tried different pillows, one rather expensive. I am a more petite female and many pillows are just to bulky or fat. I tried his McKensie when he was out of town and it felt perfect. I ordered my own. For traveling, I actually cut some of the foam shorter, so it fits in my suitcase then ordered a new one for home use. Works well for me.

My cousin Was an orthopedist And his wife recommended this to me because My doctor diagnosed nerve pain on my spine. Really helps.

This roll’s thickness was smaller than I imaginedit’s about the size of the palm of my hand (woman’s large). Its length is roughly that of a standard pillow’s. It’s perfect to tuck under my neck, with or without another pillow.I had whiplash many years ago, and that’s acted up recently while awaiting a hip replacement. This roll has helped tremendously. Yes, you could roll up a towel, but those unroll and need frequent adjustments. This matters when you are dealing with pain.The cover doesn't exactly have a high thread count, but it’s far better than a terry towel and hasn’t been uncomfortable.

Perfect firmness without being too uncomfortable. It fits my neck and I sleep so much better .. neck is supported just right!! Highly recommend

I have been on a mission to find neck-pain relief. I have been going to the chiropractor but sometimes it only makes it worse. I have also tried several products to stretch my neck and one was so hard that it caused a huge, painful knot (which I've never had) and took me three days of heat ice to even get it to calm down.I am petite - 5'1 so this little gem fits in the back of my neck perfectly. I have been using it now for two weeks inside my pillowcase. I can confidently say that my neck pain has been relieved.

This has helped me a lot. I was waking up w/ neck pain. Supportive, comfy. If I do my neck stretches combined w/ the neck roll it helps tremendously.

I like this cervical pillow. It strikes a great balance between support, firmness, and softness. My only gripe is that I believe it's expensive for what it is, but I also haven't found a better option, so it's also worth it to me. Good product

This pillow doesn't feel comfortable per se BUT I wake up pain free. I've had neck pain for years and recently went to physio for pain and numbness in my fingers. I use it along with the McKenzie method neck and back books. Lifechanging for me.

I can tell the difference when I don't use this neck support pillow. My head aches in the morning have significantly decreased since using this pillow.

Here to buy another one. Had one for 4 years and it started breaking down and getting uncomfortable so knew it was time for a new one. Great for people who roll around at night and decreases my neck and carpal tunnel pain

This is working well, at first I didn't like it, but you just have to find the right position. I find it best placed all the way at the bottom of my pillowcase, rather than sitting on top of the pillow. It is just the right size and softness, and is even comfortable when I sleep on my side. You can tell that thought went into the design!

I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BY READING PHYSICAL THERAPIST THAT QUEEN ELIZABETH GAVE HIM AN AWESOME TITLE BECAUSE HE IS GENIUS!!!!!I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GET HIS BOOKS THAT HAVE NECK, BACK, SHOULDER, HIP, ETC. YOU CAN TREAT YOUR OWN HE SHOWS YOU HOW IN ALL OF HIS BOOKS. THE FIRST NIGHT I USED IT, I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT MY NECK PAIN WAS GONE THE FIRST NIGHT. DON'T HESITATE!!!! This isn't supposed to be firm like a cucumber- it's a gentle neck support. My PT said get this one (it's the real thing) and I did and I do think it's helping me sleep a bit better. I'm also doing the exercises, etc., but this little pillow was worth it. Recommend.

I want you to know I have tried everything that there has been to try I found the most incredible physical therapy in grand Haven Michigan called Resolve Lynell and Nick are the therapist and they have done amazing for me they are with the McKenzie group I highly suggest this pillow and do exactly what they said using it with the Goosetown I can sleep through the night and with their therapy and my hard work behind them we are a wonderful team and I am getting better thank you so much to Resolve in Grand Haven Michigan and to the McKenzie group
