This is working well, at first I didn't like it, but you just have to find the right position. I find it best placed all the way at the bottom of my pillowcase, rather than sitting on top of the pillow. It is just the right size and softness, and is even comfortable when I sleep on my side. You can tell that thought went into the design!

I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BY READING PHYSICAL THERAPIST THAT QUEEN ELIZABETH GAVE HIM AN AWESOME TITLE BECAUSE HE IS GENIUS!!!!!I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GET HIS BOOKS THAT HAVE NECK, BACK, SHOULDER, HIP, ETC. YOU CAN TREAT YOUR OWN HE SHOWS YOU HOW IN ALL OF HIS BOOKS. THE FIRST NIGHT I USED IT, I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT MY NECK PAIN WAS GONE THE FIRST NIGHT. DON'T HESITATE!!!! BUY THIS FOR RELIEF AND GET HIS BOOK ON HOW TO SOLVE YOUR NECK PAIN. 10 STARS!

This isn't supposed to be firm like a cucumber- it's a gentle neck support. My PT said get this one (it's the real thing) and I did and I do think it's helping me sleep a bit better. I'm also doing the exercises, etc., but this little pillow was worth it. Recommend.

I want you to know I have tried everything that there has been to try I found the most incredible physical therapy in grand Haven Michigan called Resolve Lynell and Nick are the therapist and they have done amazing for me they are with the McKenzie group I highly suggest this pillow and do exactly what they said using it with the Goosetown I can sleep through the night and with their therapy and my hard work behind them we are a wonderful team and I am getting better thank you so much to Resolve in Grand Haven Michigan and to the McKenzie group

As pictured. Some days I need a little less support and find it can be too firm. For me it is most comfortable for side sleeping. It does not fit well together with my pillow in my pillowcases. I usually wrap a pillow case around it and then place it under my neck; with my regular pillow under my head. I do like the washable cover. Therefore, my reasons for 4 stars.

Slipping this into my pillowcase to support my neck made all the difference in the world. I was sleeping poorly and waking up with massive headaches. I'm small and none of the cervical pillows fit me. My PT recommended this and it's wonderful.

It's exactly what I hoped it would be: firm, yet soft and supportive. The pillow case is soft and an attractive shade of light blue, just like the photo shows. I couldn't be happier with the product.
