I disliked this pillow due to lack of stuffing. No support at all. The material on outside of pillow is also uncomfortable. They also refuse to allow return of the item.

This neck pillow is so much better than those expensive pillows. I easily took this pillow in my suitcase to Hawaii and Mexico.

It helped my arthritis neck pain by 80 . Much better than expensive pillow I bought for the same problem.It seems to have 'flattened' a litte after just 1 month, but still well worth the money.

Read the Neck book and learned a lot. Decided to get the pillow and am very happy with the decision. Excellent and much much cheaper that buying a fancy pillow. It's recommended you use the pillow with a down pillow. And it's great advice, use it every night.

Just slide it into your pillow case and enjoy the extra support. I sleep on my side and back and this works in either situation with some minor adjustments. With the roll resting on top on my pillow, it helps keep my neck supported and in line with the rest of my spine while sleeping on my side. For back sleepers I'd recommend putting the roll at the very bottom of your pillow so the roll is in direct contact with your mattress, or using only the roll with no pillow. For me if the roll is on top of the pillow the added height is too much for back sleeping. Since purchasing this I have not woken up with a stiff or kinked neck which is a welcomed change for me!

My doctor recommended this for my neck issue. Every morning for years now when I wake up I struggle with neck pain. Since I've been using this per my doctors suggestion- it works like a charm!

It fits my neck just right, not too big, not too small. I bought a different brand which had diameter of 10cm and it turned out too big. This one is just right.

My first physical therapist had recommended rolling up towels, and although that sounds good enough it did not work well overnight. This product is easy to use with a feather pillow and stays in place well overnight (even though fit is not perfect with any of the pillow cases I have since it affects the fixed dimension). I initially found I was sleeping with less shifting, then had a few days where I slept better without this; however, I am back to using this more often than not and would recommend it to anyone with cervical issues (under guidance from their own medical professionals, of course).
