I have only used for a week and it takes a little getting used to but I had no neck pain the whole week and am very pleased with the product!

If you're using a McKenzie neck roll, you're probably doing it at the suggestion of a physical therapist. This is the authentic product. I am not crazy about it as a neck pillow, personally, but it's what my physical therapist recommends. Additionally, the YouTube physical therapists Brad and Bob have some more suggested uses, such as putting it under your arm to help with shoulder pain.

Chronic neck pain for 20 years, been told by every doctor i have seen to just get used to it, nothing that can be done. Last month this was recommended by an MSK MD that I work with. Amazing results!! No waking up theough the night with neck pain and nausea, seriously my neck is 90 better! I wish I had known about this long ago. I had tried different pillows that say they are for correct neck alighnment and they never helped. BUY THIS !!

I couldn't believe how fast I got my device. You know when you struggling with pain you want relieve ASAP. I had my pillow in hand 48 hours after ordering. I pulled it right out slid it in my pillow and had the best night of rest than I'd had in days. I truly felt immediate relief. Thank you

I bought this foam pillow. Although I like the support it provides to my neck, unfortunately, I'm allergic to the foam in this pillow. My nose was so congested every night since I had the pillow and when I stopped lying on it, I then can breathe just fine. Even though it's still within 30 days from the purchase date, I'm not allowed to return this product. I understand about sanitary reason for the vendor to make it non-returnable, but I wish I had known about this policy prior to buying.UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars since I appreciate the seller for refunding me the money. They took it into consideration that I am truly allergic to the foam and not making up the story.

I was really hesitant about purchasing this, even though one of my physical therapist recommended it.. My neck pain decreased by more than half, I donr wake up with knots on my neck.. I highly recommend getting this pillow, esp if you have neck problems and wake up in pain.

Not made for everyday use. Mine broke within a week (slow leak) but the company sent another one with a letter saying it is for light use. I'm not sure what that means and I'm not heavy.

I actually like this inflatable lumbar support and I have used it a couple of years when traveling by air. I keep buying new ones since I forget them in the aircraft when exiting but I can't blame anyone else but myself for that.It is easy to inflate and you can adjust it to you likings. It takes very little space when deflated and that is what I like. I always keep one in the backpack that I use for my travel so I always have one handy. I have also used it when going to the movies or the theater since it is so small when deflated.I can highly recommend it for lumbar support when traveling and other activities when you do not want to carry a more bulky support. At home and at the office I use the McKenzie Superroll which I love.
