I have always had back pain in the mornings. I have spent a lot of money on different mattresses and none of them seemed to be able to fix the problem. When I first saw this product's description I was rather suspicious but the cost was nothing comaring to what I have spent already, so I went ahead and ordered it. Let me finish this review with this sentence: " I am still surprised, after near 5 month of using this roll, that I did not have back pain even a single time when I get up in the morning!"

I have been doing the Mckenzie stretches and exercises for three years now-this has really helped me to deal with consistent back pain from a slight tear of a disc-and prevent further injury. Be careful when you try this on-they say you can't return it if opened and they run too large per the description. If you have anything less than a 40 inch waist you need to consider the medium rather than the L/XL. They probably need a few more sizes and they definitely need to do something about the strap. Otherwise it's probably going to work and I like the fact I can roll over with it on.

People who say it's too small are obviously very heavy!! Don't blame the product for that!! This is a great product. It's definitely not stiff at all, and it's softer than regular lumbar pillows as it should be. It keeps you having the right posture when you sleep. I was in severe back pain for years and doing the McKensey exercises and getting this and a regular lumbar pillow has changed my life to being 90% to 95% better back pain wise.

not real comfortable for sleep, I guess if I used them often I would adjust, it does seem to help back discomfort when back sleeping; I just cant seem to get a good nights sleep b/c it is kind of in the way when I roll over

This product does help maintain the arch in the back but I was hoping for a comfortable fit and it is not. Hard to sleep with it on. It is not contoured to fit well.

I used this roll for a month to try and ease my back pain caused by sacral fracture, but I didn't get any relief; so have stopped using it, unfortunately. It's good quality and good value.

I have tried this several times and I just cannot get used to it. I am so bummed.

I purchased this product after reading Dr. McKenizie's book, 7 steps to a pain free life. In addition to the exercises recommended, this product has alliviated much of back pain and stiffness the I faced each morning. I use it in conjuction with the original lumbar support roll.

I like the product but it was a bit to small. I can use it but its not as easy to use when it doesn't fit right. I would definitly recommend it but make sure you pick the correct size.
