Helped making sleep more comfortable and definitely worth it. Sometimes I just lay on it instead of tying together. Still get the same results.

As a Pilates instructor, I understand the importance of keeping your spine in alignment. This does the trick. Between this and my new inversion table, my lower back pain has almost completely gone away.

I have been using the night roll every night for about 20 years. I have herniated discs L4 L5.Yes, it has tie strings to tie a bow in the front. But for the past many years, I just position it at the lordosis and lay down. I have a back episode one or twice every couple years, but I still use this every night and I take it with me when I travel.PS: I've heard that one of the best back surgeons in Las Vegas won't operate unless you've read McKenzie's book. And, both my wife and I have gone to different physical therapists when our backs went out and they both were trained and taught us the McKenzie exercises 1-7 from the McKenzie book. And of course when I decided to be diligent with the exercises, my back pain resolved.
