Mission: Improve the quality of life for those impacted by breast cancer by funding needed support services in Loudoun County and the surrounding community.

Results: The Step Sisters currently support patients at Inova Loudoun, Fair Oaks and Fairfax hospitals.

Programs: transportation to appointments, fresh food delivery, house cleaning, child care and lawn services
