I used one like this, and another of different strength when I went to physical therapy after breaking my wrist at work. Good exercise.

As with all theraband products, this flexbar is excellent. Strong and sturdy.

I probably have every rehab/prehab/mobility tool you can buy. Foam rollers, vibrating rollers, lacrosse balls of all sizes, peanut, pso-rite, pso-spine, massage guns, yoga blocks, scrapers, voodoo floss, cupping tools, you name it I probably have it. This thing hands down beats all of them.It comes with a handy book to visually show you what it can do, but dont forget to also check youtube as there are even more exercises you can do. If you travel and usually bring a roller or peanut, this handy bar will change your mind and you'll only be grabbing the flexbar from now on.I originally bought it just for my elbows, and I am amazed at how well it exercises and release pain in them. My elbows have never felt like this before, you can physically feel it in your elbows after doing tyler twists and similar movements, you will KNOW its working. Even if you're doing other rehab exercises for golfers or tennis elbow using different equipment you might already have in your gym, trust me nothing will maybe your elbows feel it like the Theraband Flexbar. My only regret is not buying it sooner. This is NOT a paid ad, this thing is just that good.

I love that these come in three strengths. You can challenge yourself to continue to gain more upper body strength. They are inexpensive portable and just do a great job toning your arms. A great addition to any workout routine.

As someone who has been weight lifting for years, I eventually developed golfer's elbow due to repetitive use of lifting motion. It was to the point where I couldn't do certain workouts like wide grip pull upsor bicep curls because the pain would be too great and taxing on that elbow, I couldn't even shoot a basketball without pain. After struggling with golfer's elbow for a year, I decided to give theraband a shot after trying to treat my elbow with a brace, hypervolt, and numerous injury creams, I would say within a week, the nagging pain was gone and I was back to full strength again. I could do endless pull ups and even bicep curls with the pain reduced by 98. At first, it was a bit difficult to bend but once you get used to it, you even feel like your forearm and grip gets stronger too. I usually never write reviews but if you are someone like me who feels held back due to Golfer's elbow. Get this. It changed my entire gym life for the better!

All sizes perform well and good range of motion for bending and twisting motions.

Seems to really help my tennis elbow. But hard to know the counterfactual.

After a long motorcycle trip I had tennis elbow on my clutch arm really bad. I kept waiting for it to get better. Finally my cousin who is a sports therapist recommended the green one of these. It took 6 weeks or more of exercises but it worked. Fast-forward a few years and after an epic fortnight of disc-golf, I have golfer's elbow in my other arm! There are many resources for the exercises for both tennis and golfer's elbow. It is slow going, but it not only helps heal the injury, it builds strength in the tendon making it less likely to recur. The blue is harder than the green, which is why I've moved up.

I had to have PT after surgery to repair a completely ruptured biceps tendon. This bar was one of the PT's tools of the trade. She started me off with the green one and after four weeks the PT lessons were complete but I was supposed to continue rehab on my own for at least six months - it's been 18 months now and I continue to exercise with the blue bar three times/week, three sets of 80 reps, both twisting and bending, along with a few other range-of-motion exercises that I do daily.I can drive nails all day, screw drivers don't wear me out, limb loppers are fun - seriously - I'm 66 years old and this thing increased my strength and stamina beyond my expectations. It takes a while to get in the habit (10 - 12 weeks for me) but you won't regret it.

I am an avid golfer and had a nasty case of lateral epicondylitis...So much so, that I stopped playing. After using this for several weeks, along with other stretching and strengthening exercises, I was able to eliminate the condition.I would strongly recommend this product, as it has held up to regular use, over several years. - It was worth every penny!

Green was no challenge anymore. This is a major challenge. Still building up reps.

I have arthritis affecting range of motion/strength in my wrists: load bearing at certain acutely bent positions is now painful. This flex tube and the twisting isolation exercises are helping rebuild strength and range of motion in those wrist positions.

Simple product to use. Looks suspicious at first especially when friends see it but this item works for what it's intended to be used for. I notice strength and less pain and aches

It's a fun product to have around period, just to mess around with, if one is so inclined.I had painful tennis elbow, though no tennis, just other activities, and I believe my phone was a big contributor due to the shortened position of the upper forearm muscles for extended periods while using it (the way we all hold them).Once I started using this Flexbar along with one simple stretch, 4-5 times daily, results came sooner than expected.Be sure to do the eccentric move slowly.Let off slowlySee the video at their site or all over YouTube. It's an eccentric movement and it works super well for me.That pain restricts so many other things.Hope this helps.
