I have golfer's elbow on the left and tennis elbow on the right, though I don't play either sports. lol. My doctor recommended FlexBar, and I bought it about half a year ago. It helps a great deal to reverse stretch the tendons and relieve the pain. The techniques are different for Golfer's elbow and tennis elbow. Initially, it is painful to reverse stretch the injured elbow, but after a few days, the pain level decreases quite a lot. My tennis elbow was gone after almost a year, and I'm still working on my golfer's elbow. In retrospect, it might be a good idea to stretch and strengthen the tendons with Flexbar to prevent injuries even if you don't have golfer's or tennis elbow. I bought the blue one, thinking I would use it for both therapy and exercise. It was difficult and painful to twist it initially, especially with injured elbow, but eventually I got used to it. It helps to wear gloves with good grip. The quality of the bar is very good.
