I have golfer's elbow on the left and tennis elbow on the right, though I don't play either sports. lol. My doctor recommended FlexBar, and I bought it about half a year ago. It helps a great deal to reverse stretch the tendons and relieve the pain. The techniques are different for Golfer's elbow and tennis elbow. Initially, it is painful to reverse stretch the injured elbow, but after a few days, the pain level decreases quite a lot. My tennis elbow was gone after almost a year, and I'm still working on my golfer's elbow. In retrospect, it might be a good idea to stretch and strengthen the tendons with Flexbar to prevent injuries even if you don't have golfer's or tennis elbow. I bought the blue one, thinking I would use it for both therapy and exercise. It was difficult and painful to twist it initially, especially with injured elbow, but eventually I got used to it. It helps to wear gloves with good grip. The quality of the bar is very good.

Pay for the Theraband one. Industry standard for a reason. The texture and quality overall is clearly better than any of the knock-offs I've tried. These things are cheap, so just suck it up and get the legit flexbars. Buy once, cry once.

I bought this after using it during physical therapy following a biceps tendon surgery. It helps a lot with strengthening your arm for supination and pronation. It also helps with tendonitis in my elbow from playing guitar.

I used one of these TheraBand FlexBars when I was in rehab for an injury. As soon as I got home I bought one and it works great.

Suffering from terrible elbow pain for several months. Avid Crossfitter and was staring to avoid workouts due to pain. Friend recommended this product and thought I'd give it a try before getting a shot. 4 days in and my elbow feels incredible. Almost unbelievable the difference it has made. Previously my elbow was in pain even to the slightest touch and carrying groceries shot pain radiating from bony point of elbow. I used YouTube Theraband stretch for tennis elbow. Pamphlet exercises included with product did not activate correct stretch. Not a complaint just heads up to protocol I followed. 2-3x a day while sitting around the house.

Great for wrists and forearms. I train my grip 5 days a week and use the blue Flexbar after and it really feels great.

Was using a folded towel for tennis elbow therapy. While that was probably adequate, one of these is much nicer. Don't have to continually adjust hand position to get the proper effect.

Had golfer's elbow for 4 months, did stretching and PT for 2 of those months to very little relief; TheraBand FlexBar did the trick in 2 weeks. Did exercises religiously several times a day those first two weeks, now just every other day. Started to feel an improvement in a matter of days. Back to doing pull ups after not being able to do any for months due to pain. Also started doing proactively to strengthen against tennis elbow. Bought the Blue and Green sizes and glad I did. They work as long as you do the work.

If you have shoulder issues, rotator cuff or tennis/golfer's elbow, these therapeutic tools can aid you in your recovery. I was a certified personal trainer (CPT) with ACE during college and beyond so I always have my eye out for quality tools for sports injury rehab. You of course should consult your doctor or athletic/personal trainer prior to usage if you have an injury so they can recommend the right STRENGTH level color for your particular injury.I have used the GREEN (easier) and the BLUE (more rigorous/advanced) and they are really durable and useful to put you back on the road to recovery. There are various exercises you can do. I bought some powdered corn starch at the grocery store to use LIGHTLY and rub on it now and then to keep the rubber from aging/cracking. This will help extend the life of it.

about 2 and a half weeks in and after debilitating tendinitis in both elbows for months I feel 10 times better. Truly works. I do 4 reps each arm twice a day.

I broke my arm at elbow and needed something for range of motion therapy. My doctor suggested this and it is remarkable how much I have improved since using this therapy bar. I will use this for strength training for a good while.

I thought I was about to have to retire and try for disability. My arms were hurting so bad it hurt to pick up a canned drink. I used this a few times in one day, a bit skeptical of it. The next day, I thought maybe it was a coincidence that it got better. I may use this once in a while now, but for the most part, I'm much better. I would recommend combining this with the infrared heat elbow wraps. Research them, and you'll see they are all the same, just different name brands and prices. Between them and the Flexbar, I rarely have problems now.
