I broke my arm at elbow and needed something for range of motion therapy. My doctor suggested this and it is remarkable how much I have improved since using this therapy bar. I will use this for strength training for a good while.

I bought this for my reoccurring golfer's elbow, thanks to rowing and pull ups (but hey, my lats are something else). Used it for few days, did not do much for me. Still though, it is a nice rubber tube and now I use it to roll on as a massager and to smack my girlfriend or brother when they walk by and are being annoying. Totally works. What helped my elbow is introducing back hammer curls. No big weights but yes, biceps curls. Try that.

I thought I was about to have to retire and try for disability. My arms were hurting so bad it hurt to pick up a canned drink. I used this a few times in one day, a bit skeptical of it. The next day, I thought maybe it was a coincidence that it got better. I may use this once in a while now, but for the most part, I'm much better. I would recommend combining this with the infrared heat elbow wraps. Research them, and you'll see they are all the same, just different name brands and prices. Between them and the Flexbar, I rarely have problems now.

I have all of the Theraband flexbars and I've bought them for my son as well. I use them for elbow tendonitis, planter faciitis, strengthening grip and forearms. My wife also uses them.We also have their bands, Theraband makes quality products.

Used this in therapy for shoulder. It worked so well I bought it as well as the therapy balls. They keep my shoulder muscles limber and strong.

I won't go into much detail of my pain and doctor experiences because they're similar to the others. Only thing is that it took longer than most to get healed, probably 4-5 months. I stuck with it and am near 100.

I wanted to return this when I saw a same product listed for $9 because I paid $30 for this one. But then I read their reviews and people are complaining that it's nasty and not the same as theraband. So I'm glad I invested into an authentic product and not into some detrimental or carcinogenic material.Hands down it strengthens a unique range of motion when twisting, although DMoose fitness Wrist exerciser is way better than this, yet this is different, and then you can't carry Dmoose around and use it while standing still in traffic jam. This is the most portable I found for that range of motion and way more.I recommend using leather gloves while twisting this thingy (not necessarily bending).. because I used it for a day and my palm got red from skin literally being erased/exfoliated with this... That's the only side effect of the high quality material. by wearing gloves you won't wear away your palm skin and if you're latex allergic then for sure use gloves.Bottom line, surprisingly must have toy for everyone!

Surprisingly really great for wrist work. I found this great for doing wrist and arm movements that are hard to achieve with a dumbbell. These include supination and ulnar and radial deviations. Actually used these to replace those on certain workouts. If you have wrist weakness/ pain when lifting I definitely recommend this in addition to stretches.I can feel the stretch in my elbows so I would imagine it would help strengthen those ligaments and tendons as well for those who have pain.

Worthless. Another gimmick. Get yourself to a specialist, get and injection or have surgery. This does nothing.

The Thera-band is one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. As a rock climber, I use it almost daily to keep my joints healthy. The blue is hard, and it took some time to wear it in. If I were to purchase it for the first time, I would get the red or green to start.

So I can close 200-250 lb grippers, not a strongman by any means but no slouch, and I will say definitely that this is a pretty hard tool. I'd say start with lower levels, on up to the green, and save this one unless you're an absolute unit. 10/10 quality. Easy open packaging.

Does the job. Great for prehab/rehab. Also a good way to get a forearm pump.
