Many previous purchases just kept losing air. They were always soft. That has not happened with this. Inflate once and you are good to go for months!

Looks like a nice exercise ball. I have yet to inflate it. I thought that pieces were missing, but my puppy had actually taken it when I wasn't looking!

The included adapter would not work with the 2 different air compressor/pumps we own. Should have bought one that came with its own inflator

My PT therapist recommended this ball and I love it. It does not come with a pump but the filled it for me at PT. HIGHLY recommend.

The instructions for selecting the correct size and the inflation instructions were good. The ball itself works well and I'm still finding new ways to work it into my exercise regime. I gave it 5s for all categories except stability. It's a ball, it's going to roll if you use it incorrectly.

Relative to the design and strength level found in professional balls used by physical therapists and high end gyms, for me this was the cost effective option. I looked at higher pressure rated balls; did not have a need. 4 stars because there are better balls, 4 stars because this one is very good for the $. I inflated it with a foot pump at $8.72, never could figure how to use my auto tire pump, connections didn't work despite the info that it should. I wrote this to advise I inflated the ball so it was hard - 23 diameter. I doubt it could be inflated to 26, would require stretching the membrane but it is not high strength. This is not a ball that has the strength to be balanced on one foot at a time, or jumping on it. For me, this was fine. A happy note was the plug sealed effectively with no leaking (so far, after a couple weeks).

The ball is easy to inflate and easier to use. I use the ball for at least four different exercise routines. It very stable.

Get the Brand name....not a china knock off. Over time they stay totally resilient and usable as intended!Has made a world of difference for my knee rehab !

I use this for various exercises related to back injury. The air compressor adapter did not work with my air compressor - but I had another adapter that worked. Easy to inflate to correct diameter; no leaking.

Worth the extra dough to get this rubber ball because the cheaper balls are made of PVC (Plastic fused with chlorine). PVC is toxic to manufacture and is the last thing you want ending up in our landfills. This ball is very strong. I've had it for about five months and I use it mainly to stretch my back, but it comes with a chart that has many exercises you could do to strengthen your core. I absolutely love this thing!
