I love this ball. They use this at PT and I asked my PT for the name of the ball and where to buy it. I love this ball!

Workhorse equipment worth the price premium. Excellent surface material that cleans well, provides optimal give while still being stable and has just the right tack for many uses. The only criticism is that you will have to inflate this ball with a team - as you are given a small white straw resembling a juice box straw to inflate. Fortunately this ball holds air exceptionally well - I've not had to inflate in 10 months. I work as a Physical Therapist Assistant in home healthcare setting and this ball does it all. No Pun intended.

Strong, able to do my PT exercises and also use for my desk chair to tighten abs! Took awhile to inflate with a bike pump.... but needed the exercise anyway!!

These balls are very sturdy and easy to inflate. I'm not sure why I had to wait 24 hours after first inflation before using it, but I did follow the directions and wait. The measuring band included was extremely helpful with markings for minimum and maximum inflammation.

Been looking for a new therapy/ exercise ball to replace the one my brother popped when I moved. He couldn't get it to fit in the moving truck...so he popped it an I caught him trying to hide it in the trashI use it for back therapy and find it also useful to help with rehab from lung surgery. What a useful therapy ball.so many different exercises you can do. Highly recommend it to keep your body flexible and limber.

I recently spent about 3 moths in physical therapy, and these are the exercise balls they use. So I purchased one for home use, and it's far superior to the cheaper alternatives. The material is much thicker and maintains pressure longer. I had no issue with odor/off-gasing.

The most important thing to know when you are using the inflation tool:The threaded end (short side) is the side that goes into the inflation hole. The long end is what you attach the pump to, whether compressor or a handpump that locks onto the stem. That was a grim thirty minutes to figure out!Hey... some instructions would have been great.Otherwise, inflated easily, the tape provided for measuring the diameter workedgreat, and I concur that you want to leave the plug out just a bit in case you need toadd or remove some air after 24 hours.
