This is a great exercise ball. Sturdy and seems like it will be very durable. I spend a lot of time sitting on it as it is pretty much the only comfortable way for me to sit right now during the third trimester. The height guidelines seem accurate to me. I am 5'8 and the 65cm ball is perfect.

This is a great product. My husband has one and I just ordered one in my size. He has used the same ball in PT for strengthening. It is perfect and the exercises that come with the ball are very helpful.

This is a really high-quality exercise ball! There are two thick plugs and a good plug remover. I bought this to replace my old ball that had come with the Core Secrets exercise program, and this one is noticeably better. I am 5'5 and fit the measurements for the 55cm ball, but my PT told me to get the 65cm. It's a perfect fit. It does not come with a pump, so I used a bike pump. I recommend it!
