I've been using one for 25y. Just got a new one. It puts the neck in a perfect position so neck pain is reduced and proper posture is gained.

My chiropractor recommended this pillow for maintaining neck alignment while I slept. Within days I was able to get out of bed without neck and shoulder pain. I also found this pillow easy to adjust to.

First couple nights made it 3/4 of the night, but since that use all night. Have shoulder issue arm would go numb while sleep with this pillow it has not. Love my pillow

I hate to love this but I do. Bought my first one 10 years ago at a chiro in MD's recommendation. Finally decided it was too worn out and pillow tech must have changed so I bought a different fancy pillow. Started getting headaches worrying I had cancer. Nope it was my neck. Had to see another chiro in NC and they were selling them. Thank god I switched back. I keep meaning to ask the company if they want my old one for research

I typically sleep scrunched up hugging another pillow, so I always have neck and shoulder pain when I wake up. My massage therapist recommended this pillow to maybe see if it would help.I'm in love!I haven't woken up in pain since I started using the pillow. I actually adjusted to it quickly. I will say it's hard to switch from back to side at night with out somewhat waking up, and the pillow is quite firm, but I can tolerate both of those. Just a small sacrifice for the greater good.I do highly recommend this pillow!

I'm 5'8 and shoulder measures 18, and use the average. I have arthritis in the neck, a flat neck, and nerve pain, and I am a hybrid sleeper.I wish more pillows had that feature. It did take a few days to get used to rigidity of the pillow - but it's now currently a great pillow for sleeping on the BACK. My favorite part about the pillow is the wedge that's in the front - it really helps to relieve my upper back stiffness in the morning.However, when it comes to sleeping on the side - it is unusable! I've measured multiple times and have even ordered different sizes, but the petite is too small, the average is too high of a pillow, as is the large. Within 5-10 minutes of laying on my side, my neck will jam or I will start experiencing tingling in my arms. I'm really not sure what to do at the moment. I've already tried to squish the sides down, but the firmness maintains its structure. Currently thinking about cutting it to be slightly lower - another pillow that I have which is perfect for side-sleeping measures about 4.5 on the sides.

I love this pillow. I have a really bad neck from work and an old car accident injury and my PT person suggested to use this and it is amazing. It has helped a lot so far. Very comfortable!

This Therapeutica pillow allowed me to increase my deep sleep from 35 to 60 as reported by my sleep app (Sleep as Android) when compared to a standard memory foam orthopedic/wavy pillow. I also noticed that I sleep on my back much more because my head is so well cradled. Make sure you measure the space between your earlobe and your shoulder (see sizing guidelines) so that you get the correct support when sleeping on your side. I also very much like the pillow's firmness. Bottom Line: after trying 5 orthopedic foam pillows, this is the only one that I would buy again.
