Put 14 ozs. of pasta into 4 quarts of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 13-15 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

I LOVE this pasta, though it strikes me as more of a linguine than a fettuccine. It's much thinner than fettuccine typically is, but it's still a nice, flat noodle. Lately we've been using it as a base for curries, of all things, and noodle curry is officially our favorite food now, lol! Absolutely delicious. I am very pleased with all of the Tinkyada pasta we've tried so far and very happy to be able to buy it in the 10 pound quantities.

Save SO much buying this in bulk vs individual packages. This is the best of the best (Tinkyada is the best gluten free pasta brand, and in my opinion the fettuccine is the best and most versatile type of all they offer.)
