Great book for hikers in Glacier! The author provides great insights and tips for hikersshe obviously has firsthand knowledge of the trails.

Glacier National Park is a spectacle. This book helped me to make the most of my one-week camping trip. But don't forget to check at the Ranger Station for local knowledge as well. I used the book for 6 hikes during my vacation.

The descriptions seemed clear and accurate, but much of the material is on multi-day hikes. This is really not for everyone. I found Best Easy Day Hikes more useful for someone of my limited hiking ability.

If you are planning a trip Glacier National Park, this is a great book to review before you go. It provides great information on hikes in the park . Since it is a kindle book, I was able to take it with me on my tablet and read about things to do once we got to Glacier.

This book has the most information available for the hikes listed that I have found in any of the other Glacier books. One book cannot possibly have every hike in the park, but is still the most comprehensive one I have found.
