I purchased burgundy and received red. I'm not sure if I was just sent the wrong or if their version of burgundy is an off-red, but it certainly did not match my truly burgundy suspenders. Nice enough fabric, looked like decent quality bow tie. It was so cheap I didn't even bother to send it back. Received earlier than expected and as described.

When I received the tie it was 3 shades lighter then the photo shown. It is professional looking, but the part that clips to support the tie is a cheap black plastic piece, but it's no big deal. I bought it for my date and he looked just dandy.

The quality of the bow tie is nice. I liked the material it wasnt too shiny and the bow doesn't look huge, but it was just too big for my boyfriends neck. It just kind of hangs down even after having it tightened all the way. Awesome bow tie but the fit is not great.

This tie is really pretty and the price was great. If you are ordering this in the Men's size and you are looking for burgundy, this is a deep red. I wanted burgundy for my wedding and this tie did not match burgundy suspenders at all. I chose another seller with the exact same item description and I was able to get burgundy.

The string came off right before I can even use it now using a safety pin to make it stay in place otherwise it looks good paid for the price

It's a nice tie, with a decent bow, but the strap is just big enough for my neck. If you have a thick neck, I would not recommend this tie.

I don't like how they designed the hook and eye connection. On other bow ties I have, the entire strap adjusts and the hook connects onto an eye on the back of the bow. This one, the eye is on a small adjustable loop which is easily seen when worn on a wing collar. If your shirt has a traditional style collar, you're OK but the wing collar reveals the band of the bow tie going around the neck. For the price you can't complain as it does the job but you may want to wear it only with traditional style collars.

While the image already makes the bowtie look somewhat shiny and a strong red, I was a little surprised at just how bright/shiny it really was; the color is similar to a bright candy red, several tones brighter than the pictures show. It was still okay and worked alright for my needs, just not exactly what I'd expected or been planning for.

The fabric at the clasp broke on this thing after three or four wearings...easily fixed, just a couple of stitches. For $1.50, I don't think I could have made it, it's the shipping cost that aggravates me (that's an LOL). Not bad, as expected. Great for dress-up.
