It fell apart in my hands before I could even put it on. There's being cheap and then there's just throwing your money away, which is what this was.

The color was supposed to be burgundy and this tie is actually red. I don't care what light you look at this in, it is RED - not burgundy. A loss.

I bought this for a costume for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I get compliments every time I wear it. People cannot tell the difference between this and a real bow tie.

The tie looks great, pure white. The tie however is smaller than a non pre tied tie. Slightly larger would be nice.

It is a tie, and a bow, and combined those two features equal cool.I bought it because I'm a nerd, but if you are looking for a quality bow tie for any purpose this one should serve well. Well made, adjustable, and looks sturdy enough for daily use.

For a one time event, it's perfect! Luckily for us a day was all we needed. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for extended use of it.

Bought this as a gift for my roommate who is obsessed with the new Doctor Who and she loves it! The color looks exactly like in the picture and it is easy to slip on and off. Very classy.

I purchased this tie thinking it would be satin -- but on a tag on the back 100% Polyester. And it is clearly not satin. Additionally, I spent a reasonable amount of time trimming lose threads from the tie that were sticking all over the place. I am hoping that the black tie event I'm going to will be in a pretty dark room.The tie is a bit smallish, but I'm not concerned -- I think small looks better than overly big!

I bought this bow tie because I'm another person trying to put together a Doctor Who costume. I'm a girl and I have a very slender neck so I've been timid about buying a men's bow tie but all the women's bow ties are too small in the bow. The size of the bow tie is perfect. It's not too big and not as small as I was scared it would be. With some adjusting I don't doubt that someone could make it larger. The strap behind it is also very adjustable and easy to move to fit the tightness you prefer. I'm pretty sure the strap could go small enough to fit a child (13-15) and any woman. It also gets large enough to easily fit most men, though if you have an exceptionally thick neck you might be out of luck with this product.Nonetheless when I put it on I felt cool, because bow ties are cool.
