The tie came in very quickly and with no problems. I would recommend this site to order from in the future.

Exactly as described. Maybe not the highest quality, but for the price there isn't really a better deal if you want to switch it up to a bow tie.

The black bow tie came in a clear plastic wrapper. It is adjustable in length for neck sizes. It was easy to learn how to tie a bow tie with this tie. Creases are not relaxing after hanging though they might with an iron.

Solid product, exactly as described. This Bow Tie is not a silk premium tie, but it was also not portrayed that way. It would have been beneficial if there were instructions with the tie. However very detailed instructions can be found online. Great price, great product

I have to tell you, I have a reputation for being a clothing snob. And it can be difficult for me to endorse any item of clothing that isn't worth hundreds... but really a black bowtie just doesn't get a lot of daily use and this one will probably fit your needs perfectly.I bought this for a friend who was getting married to make sure he didn't put on a clip-on tie. All the groomsmen had clip-ons, and let me tell you, you think you can't tell the difference, but when they are standing next to each other the difference is night and day. Even if you are scared of learning to tie one of these, it isn't too bad. Just buy it now, it's cheap. When it arrives go on youtube and watch some videos and try it out.

This bow tie looks like a quality tie. It's polyester, not silk, but if you wear a tuxedo only a few times a year, it might be all you need. As a self tie bow tie, it will still look better than much more expensive pre-tied ones with hooks. Some people are confused about how self tie bow ties work. This one is adjustable to 14 different sizes, and just about all self tie bow ties are adjustable these days. The alternative would be for a merchant to offer 14 different sizes, so if the merchant stocked only four styles, it would require an inventory of almost sixty different products to meet the need. Even high end haberdashers are very unlikely to offer single size bow ties these days, even for hundreds of dollars. To size this tie, as with all other non-fixed size ties, the rear part of one side passes through a loop and you anchor it it one of 14 different holes on the inside. The only difference between this and others, aside from the number of holes, is that some ties have markings next to each hole corresponding to shirt collar sizes. However, considering that this is likely to be used by one person, the initial adjustment is a one time event. This loop is NOT similar to the one on hook-on bow ties, that have what looks like a strap length adjustment buckle, as well as a separate (obviously outside) hook and loop for anchoring it around the collar. One of the points of a self tie bow tie is that you do not need access to a hook on the outside because you close the tie by tying it. For the same reason, the loop is neither removable nor big enough that you'd be able to separate the sides. Self tie bow ties look like ties, and do not have a prefabricated appearance. You are limited only by your ability to tie it, which is not difficult, but not necessarily easy to learn from the best written instructions, or most videos on the Internet for that matter. Mine did not come with any sort of instructions, and some have chosen to criticize similar ties for bad or missing instructions. However, it's not typical with clothing items to include instructions. All bow ties tie the same way, and I wouldn't expect instructions with a standard necktie either.I wouldn't put this on par with a tie that costs several hundred dollars, but for one in its price range it's a bargain.

This was made from polyester (which was disclosed). I'll admit that my expectations were low and they were met. It was a bow tie that I needed for a one time event. Self-tied bow ties look much more substantial than clip ons so I highly recommend it. Ship

A simple but elegant item, this bow tie will increase your confidence 10 fold!I have received hundreds of compliments on this Bow Tie. As a musician, they usually give us those artificial clip on bow ties They are nearly as impressive as this. 10/10 and I

Purchased a handful of these ties for my groomsmen and myself for my wedding. I am very impressed with the quality of the silk. Definitely a good purchase, and a steal at that.

The product arrived promptly and was exactly what I asked for. Like I said in the title, every guy should have a self-tie bow tie. I don't consider the bow tie to be difficult to tie once you get the hang of it. Even if you don't know how to tie one, it looks so cool hanging untied around your neck.

The fabric quality is very good, especially considering the price. The instructions on how to tie it aren't particularly helpful, but there are tons of videos online that can help you learn.

Prompt shipping (about a week, shipped to North Carolina during the Christmas season), quality silk, good size, comes with simple pictorial instructions. I basically agree with both of the two previous reviews.

Good product, fast shipping. Looks a lot better than my old strap and hook bowtie. Came with instructions on how to tie a self tie, but lots of to-do's available online. Gives a great subtle formality to it all.

Very nice tie, came exactly as described. Tying can be a challenge at first, but I figured it out within a few hours by watching videos and searching for instructions. The instructions included are trash. One thing you can't quite see in the photos is the adjustable metal neck band. Beware of this if you will be wearing the tie with a wingtip collared shirt, as it will be clearly visible from behind. I recommend measuring your neck and finding a fitted tie to wear with that type of collar. Otherwise, it's just an added convenience.A well-tied bow tie looks much better than a clip-on in my opinion. I'm not alone either; I continue to receive compliments whenever I wear one!
