Three stars...SHOULD have been FIVE,
before you pull the trigger just know that an SM260 (the smallest Fieldpiece meter) won't work with this pouch.
Contrary to the description, this is NOT the 'Large" pouch, it is the smaller of the two (see 'ToughBuilt Small Electrician Toolbelt Pouch').

That being said...Quality is Top-Notch (right up there with VETO) - perfect amount of outer pockets for nut-drivers, screwdrivers, ratchets, sharpies, etc.... the good ones, without a bottom, so your tools actually go all the way in and stay in - not useless shallow pockets like other pouches.
It also has the ToughBuilt "ClipTech" hub so it will easily clip on a belt or pocket or whatever else, not like many other tool pouches that requires you to remove your belt to get it off and on - props to TOUGHBUILT for getting it right.

I don't know what kind of 'TECHNICIAN' doesn't use or carry a multi-meter. The large center pocket would hold a large pair of Lineman's pliers perfectly; so maybe this was intended for, Lineman or Electricians who don't need to carry a meter - but for those of us 'Technicians' doing service calls and needing to carry a meter - this is not the pouch to buy....the description should read 'Hammer pouch w/ outer pockets', because that's really what this is for, not holding a Multi-meter...which, if it didn't have this useless 'notepad holder' (that's what shirt pockets are for) a meter MIGHT fit without the leads, which sucks, because I REALLY like this pouch, just can't use it.
The bottom of the main pocket detaches with Velcro to allow a hammer handle to go through(or other large tool.) If that's what you need.

Disappointed, especially because other than that fact this tool pouch is nearly perfect for light carry.

I really wish TOUGHBUILT would redesign this pouch to better suit the needs of Technicians who need to carry a meter - because I would love one to supplement my Veto MC bag that I carry on Service Calls - till then I will have to use the Husky pouch pictured for comparison.

If a rep from TOUGHBUILT reads this, feel free to contact me for feedback, y'all make great stuff - just dropped this ball on this product.
