Purchased it to pick up tennis balls for my ball machine. Wanted to replace the old wire picker that kept making annoying rattling noise while driving.Assembly was easy. After assembling, I wrapped the metal handles with over grip tapes, so it doesn't make any noise. The wheels also make it easy to carry the basket. The basket gets quite heavy when it's full of balls.Minor issues that can be adjusted easily:1. Wish the two bars on the top could be locked on the sides so the balls could be dumped out easily. The top bars are good to keep the balls in while transporting, but they get in the way when dumping out balls to the machine. I tied a piece of string on all four corners so I can tie the bars on the side of the basket when dumping out. It works, but kind of cumbersome.2. I like the design that's supposed to keep the handles on both sides of the basket, but the handles don't stay put while picking up the balls. It's not a big problem and can be fixed by tying them with something.I used it only once and wondered if it's sturdy enough to use for a long time, but I'm happy that it works for me.

It's pretty good. The only problem is that the handles come apart when moving it or picking up balls. It's an easy fix though. Take 2 big black 2 paper clips, the ones with the black sheet metal and chrome pinchers and clip the handles together when moving it or picking up balls. That fixed mine right up! Huh Huh, I thaid ballth! Huh Huh

I have been using this hopper for a month and I from the moment I finished building I have been loving this hopper! It is designed to help you pick up balls and it is plastic so it's a lot lighter than the metal hoppers out there. Do have the Gamma and Wilson metal hoppers and actually prefer this hopper over the other two. Assembly is very easy, make sure you read the instructions and install the wheels on first before you put the box together. They do put that as the first step for a reason :P It's very sturdy for plastic, and a lot easier to switch to standing mode to carry/pick up mode than the Wilson. My Wilson actually fell apart because the metal is really thin and flimsy and the welding is really bad, so there were parts that fell off and I had to MacGyver it back together. I finally gave up and got this hopper, and to be honest I was very skeptical because the plastic element, but it has been a wonderful addition to my tennis accessories. A side note, I thought I would never utilize the wheels, but I find myself being relieved that I can roll my hopper over to pick up balls. Especially, after going through a couple full hoppers of drills and serve practice. Metal hoppers aren't that heavy, but overtime, have that lightweight carrier with wheels can make the difference between, okay let's call it a day, or let's go through one more.

Not so easy to assemble because the instruction is only one page with only words, no picture. The product is very light weighted and the material of the stick at the bottom make it very flexible so picking up balls fairly easy. Overall a good product.

Simple is better. I bought this 3 years ago and I bought a new one as the other has so much wear and tear. Very strong, efficient and easy to use. Assemble everything except do not put on the 2 rods on top. Life is easier is the top is open easy to pick up balls. Long term the metal handle will be used so much it will be rusted. For all avid tennis players and teachers, we use this all the time. no need to buy expensive stuff to make your game better.

I like the hopper and really wanted to give 5 stars but one of the wheels fell off on the first day when I dragged it to tennis court. The other one almost falling off now. I need some new screws and will try to put the wheels back.
