so far it's been a good choice. I live in FL and the heat and humidity can really get to you! I did really good with this walking the dog 2 miles in the heat and humid paths to the Gulf of Mx. I barely sweated. I have it in the refrigerator now awaiting time to cut the grass when it's over 100F out. then I'll let you really know ! I was wiping my forehead and eyes so often I'd rub my eyelids raw ! I started wearing a simply scarf / headband and it helped.. but this overall stays cool, I did have to turn it over several times to get back to the 34;cool34; side.
