The bottom bars snapped out of place twice and on one occasion hit my daughter in her cheek.

Bought as a gift for a friend and she loves it. I assembled it without any issues - just follow the directions. I've used it and like it so much, that I'm getting one for myself. It's definitely a back saver!

Assembly instructions were lacking instructions on actual assembly. Very poor! Good thing I'm mechanically inclined. Then I get it out on the court and the first time I try to pick up balls it breaks! There are two flexible riffs that are supposed to caught the ballsif one rod breaks it's useless!!!NOT RECOMMENDED!

I was nervous to buy this and want sure it would really work as advertised. My first one came with a broken piece. The second one was perfect. Assembly wasn't bad at all, just follow all the directions. I love using this hopper! It's light weight, simple to use and picks up balls like a charm.

This is an easy-to use-ball hopper for pickleballs. Lightweight. Wheels are useful. Picks up one or two balls at a time. Glad I bought it. Easy to put together but took a little time doing it myself. Not too bad.

Using this basket to pick up and store our pickle balls is absolutely wonderful. The design makes it very easy to assemble and to go around the court effortlessly. So glad we bought. Strongly recommend it.

I'm very satisfied with this caddy. Very useful as a training basket and for picking up pickleballs. I use with a Tutor Plus machine and I fill the hopper with two caddy loads.Wheels are superfluous. It is so light, I have yet to roll it around.

So, the instructions are not the best, but, really, it was pretty easy to put together. There are only a few parts. Just lay everything out, READ the instructions, and look at the picture on the box. I had zero issues putting this together.Does it pick up balls? Absolutely. No problem. But...when I practice at the courts, I have 60 balls. What I found works best is after I've hit the 60 balls, I use a broom and sweep all the balls in to one corner of the fence surrounding the court. Then I just have to knee down once and pick up the balls by hand and place in basket. I think it takes too long to try and pick up 60 balls individually using the pick up feature of the caddy. Make sense?Really like using the stand feature when I'm practicing my serves. See photo.

It took some thought to figure out how to assemble, but managed to get it done. As I was using over a period of weeks, several screws came off the wheels before I noticed what had happened. Lost some screws, washers and nuts buts had enough for two of the four wheels and I can still drag it around. Picks up balls well.
